For the 4th time I will have the great pleasure to join my dear friend Tom Thumb (traveller, story teller, organiser of retreats and festivals ... a guy you want to meet !) in the Sahara desert for a week of Meditation, fun workshops & sandy Bliss !

There is no better place than the desert to start Meditation, or deepen your practice. Over there, the stillness of Time & Space invites us to sit and and breathe with full awareness, remembering our unconditional Joy to be alive.

Every morning in the dunes, as the sun rises, it will be my honour to guide you through Meditation practices which will be accessible to all. Introduced by gentle mouvement in order to ease the body into stillness, and breathing techniques we will then enjoy the vastness of a calm Mind, the luminosity of Heart and the vibrancy of Life Force.

Different techniques will be shared so that you find what works best for you - there are many entry points to the state of spacious awareness - it is only a return to our true essence, that which is eternally joyful and at rest. Connecting back to that essence then gives us the courage, the strength and the motivation to live a life of purpose and fun !
